How do others follow your request?

You were tired of being rejected, dizzy with the shake of his head and sometimes feel like talking to a wall? Why do not co-workers follow your requirement when the team is consensus towards common goals? You want people to listen and follow your requirements? The following ways will help you learn how to persuade others to do as you like, gently, so that they will "nod" instead of  "say no" to your request.
"Mitigate" requirements
Instead of issuing a "large" request, an offer to help "heavy" task, you reduce your claim by the proposed sentence like: "I need you to help a little ". Often this type of proposal will be very effective and often receive more help. You can also add a sentence like "that does not last long, only a few minutes" or "surely it will finish right time" ... so that the proposed person will not feel too bothered with your request.
But guarantee to be honesty
Mitigating requirements, making it softer does not mean nullifying the nature of the problem you need help or want to suggest that people do. Always be honest. If it really is a big, heavy duty, let them know, but tell them something like: "I know that you is fittest with this job" or "no one is consistent with this job than you, so I come straight here "...

Appreciate the help
Do not be afraid to say many thanks to those who helped you, or accept your offer. Let them know you appreciate what they have done for you. You can say, "I really thank you a lot" or something like "Thanks again for doing this for me" ... Especially these you have to say BEFORE,  not AFTER they agree to help you.
And after they have completed? Obviously still sincerely thank and express your appreciation for the help and accepting your offer.
Speaking as if they've accepted your offer
A little tip to help you get the help from others that you speak to them as if they agreed to your suggestion. Say more about that task, how they should make it ensure the best performance ... When you say and make them see that you believe: they naturally accepted the invitation, they will feel guilty if you do not follow your request.
Specific job description
Provide as many details as possible about task requirements as soon as you've just issued the offer is the way to guarantee that they will accept your request. For example, you could say: "Excellent. Thank you very much for your interest to do this for me. I only have a small note that this message needs to move immediately, right the above address, or they will be very troublesome. I believe that you will not let me down because I know you have plenty of abilities to fulfill it. Thanks a lot. See you tomorrow ".
